Part of being Caribbean people, mean we have so many different textures of hair; not denying the fact that we tend to be drawn towards outrageous hairstyles at times. We can sometimes have brightly coloured hair and really large styles. Now I acknowledge that is a part of who we are but we must simultaneously find a balance with professionalism.
